Includes strength training, speed & agility

1 on 1 - Private -or- With Partner                           Single session = $50/hr

$400 for 10 sessions

$600 for 20 sessions


Sessions are one hour with a different training focus each day. Each session works on improving the client's ability to become more mobile, stable, powerful, stronger, and more efficient in their ability to move while reducing injury. Training follows a progressive periodization plan (progressively challenging once basic techniques have been mastered) with a focus on basic and correct technique.

*If with partner, both participants must pay said amount each & each session is by appointment ONLY.

*Can be paid in installments of 50% up front and 50% halfway through the sessions purchased.

Cancellation policy: 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss, cancel, or change your time you will be charged for that session. Policy is in place out of respect for our coaches and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are hard to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that slot.
